Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the senior project coordinator to implement project activities, including updating documentation, preparing materials, and organizing administrative tasks.

  • Assist in the translation and review of project documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy.

  • Ensure the timely completion of all deliverables by meeting project deadlines.

  • Prepare detailed weekly reports on progress and completed tasks.

  • Propose innovative ideas to enhance project workflows and improve overall efficiency.

  • Conduct research on project-related topics and provide relevant findings to the team.

  • Strong organizational and goal-oriented mindset.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Proficient in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).

  • Punctual, responsible, and proactive in work execution.
