Overview

Herbal Mama is offering a unique learning opportunity for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Intern. This role is a fantastic learning opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, brand promotion, and customer engagement within the fast-growing natural health and beauty industry.

You will play a key role in supporting various initiatives to promote our herbal products, helping to enhance brand awareness and drive customer loyalty, all while building a portfolio of valuable, real-world skills.

Internship Details & Learning Outcomes

This internship is designed for learning and mirrors training given in an educational environment. While this is an unpaid position, the primary benefit for the intern is the acquisition of practical skills and experience. You will:

· Gain hands-on experience with social media strategy, content creation, and market research.

· Learn about the inner workings of a natural health and beauty brand and contribute to real projects.

· Develop professional skills in communication, project management, and teamwork.

· Work under the close supervision of experienced staff, including founder Dr. Najma Alaskari.

Responsibilities

· Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) that aligns with our brand voice.

· Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences to inform our marketing strategies.

· Campaign Support: Help plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and online events.

· Sales Support: Learn about customer relationship management and support efforts to build and engage our community.

Qualifications

· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.

· Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and content creation tools (like Canva) is a plus.

· A passion for natural health, wellness, and holistic beauty products is highly desirable.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.**
