  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, report shortages or damages, and assist in inventory counts and restocking.
  • Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and relay customer feedback or complaints to management for service improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to achieve store objectives and maintain a cooperative work environment.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling: Actively suggest complementary products or upgrades to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Compliance: Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Reporting: Provide daily or weekly sales reports to management as required.
