Our client is a large-scale Retail company that has built a reputation of one of the top importers and distributors of luxury products in the GCC. They are currently looking to recruit a Sales Associate to be based in Bahrain.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Understanding and providing assistance in satisfying customer needs & queries about products, prices and servicesAdvising customers on product ranges best suited to their needsAchieving the sales target and focus on increasing sales by using advanced sales techniques Focusing on Up selling/ Cross selling Maintaining customer relationships in order to build long term brand loyalty Handling new launches, promotion of products and visual merchandising Ensuring stock replenishment at all times Maintaining general cleanliness, hygiene standards and visual displays Implementing CRM at the store level and providing relevant feedback Coordinating with Customer Care Centre for after sales service Generating Daily Sales Report Following all company procedures in ordering, cash handling and other common practicesQualification & Requirements:
Graduate or a Diploma in business administration, sales or related courses.Sales experience of at least 2 years preferably in high end segment in retailExcellent communication skills (including spoken and written English)Strong sales skills & customer orientedConfident, friendly & engaging personalityWell-mannered and politeImmaculately groomed & physically fitThorough knowledge of feature & benefits of products and brands in the store Understanding of competing brands and prices Well aware of internal procedures, processes and systemsBasic numerical ability & IT skillsArabic speakerCandidate must be Female
