Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist & Accountant, located in Manama. The Receptionist & Accountant will be responsible for:

  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Managing phone calls and salon appointments.
  • Performing receptionist duties.
  • Coordinating with clients.
  • Ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Handling clerical tasks, and maintaining financial records.
  • Conduct accounting tasks such as billing, invoicing, financial reporting, salaries & payroll.

Qualifications

  • Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, Customer Service skills
  • Clerical Skills and Communication skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and basic accounting principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Relevant experience in similar roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
