Job Type: Full-time

We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Kitchen Steward to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in restaurant kitchens and be passionate about maintaining cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all kitchen and food preparation areas are clean and organized
• Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation and deliveries
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards in line with company and health regulations
• Dispose of garbage and recycling in a clean and timely manner
• Stock kitchen supplies and maintain inventory levels of cleaning products
• Report any maintenance or safety issues immediately

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a kitchen steward in a restaurant setting
• Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Physical stamina – able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Must be currently residing in Bahrain.
• Availability to join immediately.
