About the Role

Almoayed is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee and elevate the performance of its real estate portfolio in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will combine operational discipline with a passion for service excellence, driving occupancy, optimizing returns, and creating exceptional tenant experiences.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead initiatives to enhance tenant satisfaction, service quality, and response times.

· Implement strategies to increase occupancy, reduce turnover, and strengthen tenant relationships.

· Manage lease renewals, rent collection, budgets, and cost optimization to maximize returns.

· Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure quality, value, and efficiency.

· Maintain properties to premium standards, proactively resolving maintenance issues.

· Provide regular reports, insights, and improvement plans to management.

Who We're Looking For

· Minimum 5 years' experience in property management or real estate operations.

· Organized, proactive, and solutions-driven, with a strong sense of ownership.

· Proven success in improving customer service, occupancy, and landlord ROI.

· Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

· Fluent in English
