Head of Landscape

The Head of Landscape leads MSCEB's Landscape Architecture function, overseeing all design, technical, managerial, and client-facing activities. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, guiding, and delivering high-quality landscape projects across private and public sectors, ensuring compliance with project goals, regulatory standards, and MSCEB's design excellence principles. The position requires strong leadership, project management, and collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders.

Skills Required

  • Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
  • Deep understanding of landscape architectural design, materials, construction methods, and environmental principles.
  • Advanced graphic and visualization skills (digital tools).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and client-relationship skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple fast-tracked projects.
  • High proficiency in relevant software (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, GIS tools, Adobe Suite, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited university.
  • Additional certifications in sustainability, BIM, project management, or related fields are an advantage

Required Experience

  • Minimum
    15+ years of relevant experience
    , with at least
    5 years in a supervisory or leadership role
    within a Landscape Architecture team.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale and complex landscape projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality built and unbuilt work.
