Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Location: KSA Office

We are looking for a proactive Public Relations Officer (PRO) to oversee all government-related procedures and ensure seamless coordination with ministries and official departments. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations, visa processes, and company documentation requirements, and be fully prepared to work from our KSA office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all government relations activities, including visa processing, Iqama issuance/renewals, and company license applications.
  • Coordinate with relevant ministries and official authorities.
  • Handle online government portals efficiently.
  • Prepare, submit, and track all documents related to employee and company legal requirements.
  • Maintain updated records of all employee legal documents.
  • Represent the company professionally during official visits and meetings.
  • Stay informed about new government regulations and ensure full compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO).
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor, immigration, and commercial laws.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (spoken & written).
  • Valid driving license.
  • Strong computer skills and experience with documentation & online portals.
  • Willingness to work full-time at the KSA office.
