Ø Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests.

Ø Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)

Ø Update internal databases with new hire information

Ø Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies

Ø Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days

Ø Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed

Ø Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department

Ø Develop training and onboarding material

Ø Respond to employees' questions about benefits

Ø Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees

Ø Provide orientations for new employees by sharing onboarding packages and explaining the university policies.

This role detail is a guide to the work you will initially be required to undertake. It may be changed from time to time to meet changing circumstances. It does not form part of your Contract of Employment

Please note that all staff are occasionally expected to work weekends and outside of normal office hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD BD per month
