Job Summary:

Alma Kitchens is seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Content Creator to enhance our digital presence and brand visibility. The ideal candidate will produce engaging, high-quality content that showcases our kitchen designs, products, and lifestyle—helping us connect with customers and drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
  • Develop visually appealing posts, reels, stories, and videos highlighting our kitchen products, designs, and customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and tone.
  • Stay updated with trends in kitchens, interiors, and digital marketing to keep content creative and relevant.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong online community.
  • Track and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
  • Support digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and influencer collaborations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media content creation—preferably in home, lifestyle, or retail sectors.
  • Proficiency in design and video tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
  • Strong storytelling, visual design, and copywriting abilities.
  • Interest or experience in kitchen, interior, or home décor industries.
  • Good understanding of social media trends, analytics, and platform best practices.
  • Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and projects efficiently.
  • Familiarity with SEO, paid ads, and influencer marketing is an added advantage.
