Position: Head of High School/Director

Contract Type: Permanent

Location: ARKS, Bahrain

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Master's Degree in Education or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in an educational leadership role
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the United Kingdom curriculum
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in staff management and development
  • Ability to lead strategic planning initiatives for academic excellence
