  • Ensure proper storage of goods to prevent damage or deterioration.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory management software.
  • Issue materials as per requisitions and ensure proper documentation.
  • Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of low inventory or discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store/warehouse.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with inventory records.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures in the warehouse.
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics departments as needed.
  • Handle documentation such as delivery notes, invoices, and stock transfer forms.
