We're looking for a
Chef de Partie – Arabic Cuisine

Every day brings new flavors, but you'll mainly:

  • Prepare and present authentic Arabic dishes, from hot and cold mezze to main courses and specialty items.
  • Maintain the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef in menu design, seasonal offerings, and specials.
  • Ensure proper storage, handling, and rotation of ingredients.
  • Train, guide, and mentor junior colleagues in Arabic cooking techniques.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across your section.
  • Step in with flexibility and teamwork to support kitchen operations.

What we need from you

  • At least 4 years of hotel experience, with expertise in Arabic cuisine
  • Expertise in buffet presentation, ensuring visually appealing and high-quality displays.
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume production while maintaining consistency and excellence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
