Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in conducting detailed quantity measurements and preparation of BOQs for Civil and MEP works.
  • Support the preparation of cost estimates, project budgets, and tender documentation.
  • Review and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations for accuracy and compliance.
  • Track site progress, material consumption, and assist in preparing cost tracking reports.
  • Contribute to the preparation of interim valuations, payment certificates, and final account closures.
  • Ensure that all work complies with project drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
  • Maintain organized records of contracts, variations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with senior QS, planning, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2- 3 years of professional experience (preferably within the GCC).
  • Exposure to Civil and MEP cost management practices is desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD; knowledge of software such as CostX, Plan swift, or Bluebeam is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work under supervision and meet project deadlines.
  • Fresh graduates with solid academic performance are also encouraged to apply.
