We are a leading suppliers specializing in decorative and finishing construction materials, including flooring solutions. As we aim to expand our sales and enhance our brand presence in the industry, we are looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Expert to join our team.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Supervisor located in Manama.

As a Marketing supervisor, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products to interior designers, architects, contractors, and other relevant stakeholders in the construction industry. You will work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and drive our marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns targeting interior designers, architects, and contractors.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the decorative and finishing materials sector.
  • Create marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, websites and social media content.
  • Manage social media accounts and engage with our target audience online.
  • Coordinate events, trade shows, and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings.
  • Support the sales team with lead generation and customer outreach efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and industry professionals.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing).
  • Creative mindset and a team player.
  • Basic knowledge of the construction or interior design industry is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
