Catering Manager

Leading hospitality and restaurant group in Bahrain. Operates a portfolio of home grown brands including luxury patissserie brand, casual to upscale casual concepts in Bahrain and KSA.

The patisserie brand is highly regarded for its luxury catering services, delivering bespoke menus and elegantly presented canapés, desserts, sandwiches, salads, and main courses for weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings . Their catering offering is praised for fresh ingredients, innovative menus, and professional customer service

Role Summary

Directly reporting to the Operations Director.

The Catering Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day catering operations, ensuring excellence in service, food quality, hygiene, and client satisfaction. This includes planning and executing all catering events, managing staff, maintaining budgets, and building strong client relationships to drive repeat business and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of catering operationsfr, om client proposals to event execution and final billing.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.

  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen teams to develop menus and manage stock for events.

  • Supervise, schedule, and train catering service staff to deliver outstanding service.

  • Represent the brand at community and promotional events to enhance visibility.

  • Maintain client relationships and build a strong database of repeat and potential customers.

  • Monitor performance against budgets and sales targets; generate periodic reports.

  • Uphold and update departmental policies and SOPs as needed.

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years of experience in upscale catering.

  • Degree in hospitality preferred

  • Fluent in English, Arabic a plus

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Financially literate (P&L, budgets, inventory)

  • Detail-oriented, client-focused, and highly organized

  • Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings

  • Middle East experience essential

Benefits:

● All inclusive salary 2200 BHD per month not negotiable ($5835) this includes basic salary and allowances for housing, phone, transport

● Flights/travel, health insurance, meals on duty and paid annual vacation provided by the company.

● Furnished apartment provided by the company for the first 3 months only. This is to allow you time to settle in and find your own accommodation. After 3 months you will be responsible for your own housing.
