We are looking for Fleet Sales Executive is responsible for driving outdoor sales initiatives, achieving monthly sales targets, and managing relationships with both new and existing clients. This role requires a proactive approach in sourcing new business opportunities while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies.

Job Purpose & Responsibilities

  • Achieve outdoor monthly sales targets as set by the division in a timely manner.
  • Acquire, handle, and sell new or existing lease products for long-term leasing effectively and efficiently.
  • Manage outdoor sales to new or existing clients and develop the leasing business.
  • Oversee outdoor sales management related to new leases, renewals, and extensions.
  • Source new clients through various mediums such as cold calls, sales meetings, presentations, and other relevant methods for prequalification and closing.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved as per the set standards and organization mission and vision.
  • Coordinate and communicate with all relevant parties.
  • Maintain company EHSQ policy and procedure and improve safety culture.
  • Ensure all quality standards, processes, procedures, and policies are met at all times.
  • Provide all the necessary progress reports on a regular and required basis.
  • Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant degree
  • 2 - 4 years of experience and/or a combination of experience and education
