We are seeking a detail oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to support our finance team. The ideal candidate will contribute to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and periodic reports
  • Handle daily bookkeeping tasks and data entry within financial systems
  • Process vendor invoices, payments, and customer receipts accurately
  • Reconcile bank accounts and verify financial transactions
  • Support monthly and year-end closing activities
  • Maintain well organized financial records, ledgers, and documentation
  • Assist with payroll preparation, and related filings
  • Manage petty cash expenses and employee reimbursement claims
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
  • Provide administrative and financial support to the finance department

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial/accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
