Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage on-site execution of civil construction works, ensuring compliance with structural drawings, project specifications, and construction schedules.
  • Read and interpret design drawings, shop drawings, and construction layouts to ensure accurate implementation.
  • Coordinate effectively with consultants, MEP teams, subcontractors, and vendors to avoid delays and ensure project alignment.
  • Monitor and supervise daily site activities, manpower deployment, and work progress as per planned timelines.
  • Enforce quality control and safety practices, adhering to local construction regulations and company standards.
  • Participate in planning meetings and contribute to project schedule updates, resource forecasting, and work sequencing.
  • Assist with reviewing material submittals, coordinating inspections, and ensuring timely material availability on-site.
  • Resolve technical challenges on-site in coordination with design, procurement, and engineering teams.
  • Maintain detailed site records including daily logs, inspection reports, and weekly progress updates.
  • Support project handover processes, ensuring completion of snag lists and compliance with handover documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in civil site execution, preferably on high-rise, commercial, or mixed-use projects.
  • Sound understanding of construction methodologies, structural detailing, and site supervision.
  • Proficient in engineering tools and software: AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Project or Primavera P6.
  • Excellent team coordination, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic site environment, handling multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and QA/QC procedures on large-scale projects.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license is a plus.
