What You'll Work On

As part of the Agent Platform team, you will play a foundational role in building the infrastructure powering real-time voice agents.

You will:

  • Develop core orchestration systems that run thousands of agents concurrently
  • Build global-ready deployments spanning multiple regions and datacenters
  • Architect reliable hosting, scaling, and lifecycle tooling for active voice agents
  • Implement structured execution environments for AI models and agent logic
  • Improve the speed, availability, and resiliency of mission-critical services

You will work across:

  • Container systems & scheduling pipelines
  • Real-time audio-processing workflows
  • Distributed workloads with low-latency constraints
  • Operational tooling for monitoring + scaling
  • Secure execution environments

Tech exposure includes:

Go, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, WebRTC, Redis, Firecracker-style isolation, Postgres ORM, real-time event streams

Who You Are

You're a strong fit if you have:

Experience designing distributed systems that cannot fail silently

Proficiency with Docker/container orchestration

Understanding of network-level challenges (WebRTC, streaming, NAT, SIP is a plus)

Strong systems-level debugging skills

Ability to reason about trade-offs: cost, efficiency, availability

Experience handling production workloads at meaningful scale

Bonus capabilities:

Exposure to running untrusted or dynamically-generated code

Work with service orchestration tools or custom runtimes

Telephony, audio streaming, SIP, media servers, RTP
