The Opportunity

This role sits at the core of the organization, supporting senior management with accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and insightful analysis. The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening governance and supporting strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, regulatory, and internal requirements
  • Strengthen financial controls, policies, and processes
  • Coordinate with external auditors and advisors
  • Support management and investment-related reporting
  • Identify efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunities

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from a reputable university
  • Professional certification
    (CPA, ACCA, CMA – completed or in progress)
    preferred
  • 5–8 years
    of relevant finance or accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and
    advanced Excel
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Professional fluency in English
    (Arabic is a plus)
