Job Summary:

As a Food Runner at Royal Saray, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient service between the kitchen and the dining area. You will work closely with the waitstaff and kitchen team to deliver food promptly, correctly, and with a high level of professionalism, maintaining the standards of luxury service expected at Royal Saray.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure all dishes are delivered with correct presentation and temperature.
  • Assist the waitstaff in setting and clearing tables as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams to coordinate orders.
  • Check order tickets for accuracy and completeness before leaving the kitchen.
  • Respond to guest requests in a courteous and prompt manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and the dining area.
  • Support the overall operation by assisting in other tasks as required by management.
  • Uphold Royal Saray's service and grooming standards at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a luxury restaurant or hotel environment is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Good physical stamina; able to stand and walk for long periods and carry trays.
  • Well-groomed appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
