Job Description:

As a Sales Agent, you will play a critical role in helping our clients buy, sell, or lease properties, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals in line with the company's standards and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, providing expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and available properties.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Negotiate contracts and agreements to close sales and leases.

Conduct property viewings and follow up with clients.

Stay informed on local real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.

Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies and deliver exceptional results.

Manage the sales process from lead generation through closing, ensuring timelines and targets are met.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company's system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, with a track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and softwares.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Real estate license or certification.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience using online property platforms and property finder.
