We're Hiring – Admin & Accounting Officer (Bahrain)
This role is central to ensuring smooth financial and administrative operations, while giving management clear reporting and visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor daily cashflow & prepare monthly treasury reports
Prepare, issue & follow up on client invoices
Process & track payments
Liaise with the accounting firm (monthly/annual closing)
Support auditors with required info & statements
Maintain company records, contracts & subscriptions
Communicate with banks, auditors, LMRA & GOSI
Ensure proper filing & archiving (invoices, bank statements, contracts)
Provide management with financial updates & alerts on deadlines
Suggest improvements to streamline processes
Profile
5–10 years of experience in accounting / finance / administration
Previous SME / entrepreneurial experience preferred
Strong organizational skills, reliable & detail-oriented
Independent & proactive mindset
Comfortable with Excel & accounting tools
Discreet, trustworthy, able to handle sensitive information
Fluent in English (Arabic or French is a plus)
