Command and Control Integration Analyst

The Command and Control Integration Analyst (5th MEB) provides operational analysis and support for integration of command and control (C2) systems at 5th MEB in support of CENTCOM contingency operations and exercises. This role develops assessments of C2 integration processes, supports planning for combined/joint C2 operations, coordinates requirements with Marine and Navy components, and provides recommendations to improve interoperability. With 5–7 years of experience, the analyst applies expertise with Joint and Service-specific C2 systems, including CPOF, GCCS, IOS, JTCW, SIPR, and NIPR, to enable secure and effective operations. ***THIS EMPLOYMENT IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD***
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Develop assessments of command and control integration processes.
- Support planning for combined and joint command and control operations.
- Coordinate command and control requirements with Marine and Navy components.
- Provide recommendations to improve interoperability and integration of C2 systems.
- Ensure C2 system readiness in support of CENTCOM contingency operations and exercises.
- Assist leadership in identifying capability gaps and recommending solutions.
Supplemental Duties:
- Assist in developing SOPs and technical documentation for C2 system integration.
- Support training of personnel in joint and service-specific C2 systems.
- Contribute to after-action reviews of exercises and operations related to C2 integration.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain compliance with MARCENT and 5th MEB administrative procedures and reporting standards.
- Archive documentation related to C2 integration activities in accordance with records management requirements.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None.
Education/Experience/Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 5–7 years of experience with DoD joint command and control systems integration planning.
- Experience and expertise with Joint and Service-specific C2 systems, including CPOF, GCCS, IOS, JTCW, SIPR, and NIPR.
- TS/SCI clearance required.
Additional Skills:
- Strong knowledge of joint command and control doctrine and systems.
- Ability to coordinate with Marine, Navy, and Joint staffs on C2 integration efforts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and documentation skills, including technical writing and briefing.
Location:
Primary workplace is with 5th MEB, Bahrain, with coordination responsibilities across MARCENT facilities.
Work Environment:
Secure operational environment within a joint military/civilian/contractor staff. Includes close coordination with CENTCOM and Marine/Navy component staffs.
Physical Demands:
Primarily office work with extensive computer use. May require system testing or troubleshooting in operational settings.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday–Friday, 0800–1600.
Flexibility may be required during exercises, operations, or system upgrades.
License and Other Requirements:
Valid U.S. Driver's License. Eligibility for issuance of a Common Access Card (CAC).

Travel:
May include CONUS and OCONUS travel to support C2 integration activities, exercises, and contingency operations.
