  • Acquire equipment and materials and monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
  • Supervise engineers, supervisors, and foremen, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure quality construction meets company standards and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements, construction codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Liaise with other departments to obtain necessary resources and support.
  • Ensure engineers implement approved project management systems, quality control plans, and health and safety plans.
  • Facilitate communication between engineers, quality control, quantity surveying, and health and safety personnel.
  • Manage project budgets and timelines to meet assigned targets.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager, Operations Manager, or Operations Director.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience for degree holders and 7-10 years for diploma holders in construction management or a related field.
  • Experience in offshore pipeline works, earthworks, and marine construction projects is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing project requirements.
