About Us- Maintain standards in the Restaurants at all times as per Outlet guidelines
- Takes full control of the Outlet in the absence of the outlet/asst. manager
- Be a role model for the team and lead by example
- Ensure Captains, Waiters/Waitresses are fully briefed on outlet standards and follow up to ensure they are followed
- Help the outlet manager create and design all new food & beverage menus
- Report any guest complaints to the outlet manager
- Ensure proper rotation of all items in outlet stores
- Follow up on maintenance issues daily
Maintain logbooks and administration
- Declare all tips from your section to the outlet manager
- Encourage sales through excellent service at all times
- Assign stations to the Captains, Waiters/Waitresses
- Ensure the level of service is maintained
- Attend all daily briefings during working hours
- Set training plans for six months in advance
- Attend all scheduled training and meetings
- Conduct on-the-job and off-the-job training and coaching when required
- Ensure staff are motivated
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Work in other outlets as required
- Collaborate with the Outlet Chef to prepare food items
- Prepare recipes and specifications for canapés, snacks, and other food items
- Ensure punctuality and proper attire of all employees
- Provide courteous and professional service at all times

- Ensure compliance with standards, policies, and safety regulations
- Supervise department staff and ensure service standards
- Adhere to fire, hygiene, health, and safety policies
- Respond to industry and company changes
- Maintain health and safety standards and report violations
- Be familiar with CP-Bahrain FLS Manual, fire, and evacuation plans
- Store and keep equipment clean; perform monthly inventory
- Perform requisitions accurately and timely
- Maintain stock levels and report missing items
- Attend revenue room in the absence of the outlet/asst manager
