Role Description – Marketing Specialist

Meral Media is seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our team on-site in the Capital Governorate, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing the company's marketing strategies, conducting market research, supporting the sales team, and ensuring seamless coordination between the design and sales departments. The role also includes enhancing customer engagement and contributing to the overall growth of the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company's comprehensive marketing plan
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs
  • Coordinate between the design and sales departments to ensure aligned messaging and visuals
  • Support the sales team with effective marketing tools, campaigns, and materials
  • Manage customer communication and help enhance client satisfaction
  • Create and manage content for social media and digital platforms
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular performance reports

Qualifications
