Key Responsibilities:

  1. Understand client technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  2. Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling commercial and technical proposals.
  3. Consistently deliver solutions which contribute to business results and improved competitiveness.
  4. Analyze work processes and implement actions to improve the team's technical performance and improve group work processes.
  5. Develop and execute sales visit plans and forecast sales while identifying new business opportunities, if required.
  6. Build and maintain stable relations with key clients.
  7. Support turnkey lab projects, working closely with the assigned team.
  8. Verify customer purchase orders, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
  9. Assist in the preparation and submission of tenders and contracts.
  10. Stay up to date with our product lines to offer the best solutions to clients.
  11. Contribute to marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
  12. Support management with administrative tasks as needed.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in technical sales.
  2. With knowledge of laboratory equipment in industries such as mining, metals, and cement is a plus.
  3. Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  4. Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills in English are essential.
  5. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel within the Middle East to meet with partners and clients.
  6. Work Ethic: Positive attitude, self-driven, capable of working independently, and meeting deadlines.
  7. Motivation: Highly responsible and motivated to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-growth environment.
  8. Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is a plus.
