Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer to join our Network Power team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in power solutions and a proven track record in sales within the data center or electrical infrastructure domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle—from initial engagement and technical consultation to solution design, pricing, proposal submission, and closing.
  • Provide customers with suitable solutions related to UPS systems (1Ph/3Ph/Modular), Battery sizing, Data center applications including cooling, racks, and PDUs.
  • Review RFQs, specifications, P&ID diagrams, and data sheets to prepare accurate estimates.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and submit professional techno-commercial proposals.
  • Monitor competitor activity and share market insights to guide strategy.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and support on-site training, mock-ups, and testing.
  • Forecast customer demand and support inventory planning and movement of aging stock.
  • Ensure compliance with company quality standards and EHSQ policies.
  • Provide regular progress reports and sales updates.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in power or green energy solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant subject
  • Strong technical knowledge of UPS systems, battery systems, and data center infrastructure
  • Experience working with project tenders, specifications, and site surveys
  • Proficiency in preparing technical and commercial proposals
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
