Job Description

As the first point of contact for the Thalassa Sea & Spa, the Spa Receptionist warmly welcomes guests, manages reservations, and provides exceptional service reflecting Sofitel's French art de vivre. The role is key to ensuring a smooth and luxurious spa experience, maintaining operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a personalized and luxurious welcome.
• Manage spa bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and follow-ups using the reservation system.
• Maintain knowledge of spa treatments, products, and promotions to assist guests.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate billing and records.
• Keep reception and waiting areas clean, tranquil, and stocked with brochures and amenities.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Coordinate with therapists and attendants to manage schedules and service flow.
• Promote retail products and assist in meeting sales targets.
• Uphold confidentiality and privacy standards.
• Address guest concerns with empathy and discretion, escalating issues when necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in a spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic or French knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and spa reservation software (e.g., Book4Time, SpaSoft).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask calmly.
• Impeccable grooming, polished presence, and engaging personality.
• Knowledge of wellness, skincare, and luxury spa services preferred.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
