About the role

Responsible for managing the engineering aspects of Capex Projects for Bahrain Factory. This includes planning, coordinating, and executing various engineering tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Your responsibilities

The experience we're looking for

• Minimum 2-4 years' experience in FMCG environments and expected safety
• Working knowledge of AutoCad software to help develop/maintain site drawings
• Effective and efficient use of technology including word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

• Skilled communicator with the ability to maintain good relationships internally and externally
• Results orientated and organized with the ability to plan and deliver against deadline
• Independent thinker capable of self-starting & problem-solving skills
• Action Orientation with the ability to plan and deliver against deadline
• Good understanding of commercial & financial acumen
• Ability to achieve set goals and targets
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to work, continuously striving for improvement.
