Capex Project Engineer Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work as a Capex Project Engineer, responsible for managing the engineering aspects of projects in a fast-paced factory environment. You will plan, coordinate, and execute various engineering tasks to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage engineering aspects of Capex Projects for Bahrain Factory.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute various engineering tasks to ensure project completion.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in FMCG environments and expected safety standards.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCad software to help develop/maintain site drawings.
  • Effective use of technology including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation tools.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Skilled communicator with ability to maintain good relationships internally and externally.
  • Results-oriented and organized with ability to plan and deliver against deadline.
  • Independent thinker capable of self-starting & problem-solving skills.
  • Action orientation with ability to plan and deliver against deadline.
  • Good understanding of commercial & financial acumen.
  • Ability to achieve set goals and targets.
  • Demonstrate proactive approach to work, continuously striving for improvement.
