Position Summary

Our jobs aren't just about giving guests a smooth check-in and check-out. Instead, we want to build an experience that is memorable and unique. Our Guest Experience Experts take the initiative to deliver a wide range of services that guide guests throughout their stay. They are empowered to move about their space and do what needs to be done, including processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, sharing local highlights, and assisting with luggage loading/unloading. The Guest Experience Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience.

Success in this role requires creating a safe workplace, following company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, protecting assets, upholding standards, and presenting a professional appearance and communication. Guest Experience Experts will be on their feet and moving around, including standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, navigating narrow or elevated spaces, and handling objects weighing up to 50 pounds alone or 100 pounds with assistance. They will also reach overhead, bend, twist, pull, and stoop as part of their duties.

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: None required.
  • Supervisory Experience: None required.
  • License or Certification: None required.
