Responsibilities:

Staff Management:
  1. Assist and coordinate the activities of the restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, dishwashers, and host/hostesses.
  2. Assist in training, scheduling, and providing ongoing development and support for staff members.
Customer Service:
  1. Address guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  2. Ensure all guests have a pleasant dining experience by maintaining high standards of service.
  3. Monitor the quality of service and make improvements as necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.
Operational Oversight:
  1. Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.
  2. Ensure that all restaurant operations comply with safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
  3. Monitor inventory and manage stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
  4. Assist with ordering supplies and managing vendor relationships.
Financial Management:
  1. Assist in managing budgets, reducing costs, and maximizing revenue.
  2. Help with preparing financial reports and tracking restaurant performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role preferred.
  2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage staff and interact with customers.
  3. Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and financial management.
  4. Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve problems efficiently.
  5. Excellent communication and organizational skills in both English & Arabic.
  6. A passion for customer service and the restaurant industry.
