We are seeking a skilled administrative professional to provide support to management and the university. This role involves conducting and organizing various administrative duties and activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate day-to-day operations of the President's office, including arranging travel and planning events.
  2. Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents.
  3. Provide high-level administrative support and coordinate various activities.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or diploma.
  2. At least 2 years of experience in a secretarial role or similar.

This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can work in a dynamic environment.
