About the Role

The candidate is responsible for managing the Visual Merchandising of the store to deliver effective and commercial visual standards, including store layouts and window displays, thereby contributing to the achievement of the brand sales targets.

Responsibilities for Visual Standards

  • Implementing and executing mannequin styling according to VP directives and current trends to showcase innovation, detail, and style.
  • Executing new seasonal VP directives and guidelines, interpreting them effectively to meet store requirements and implement seasonal updates aligned with the brand vision.
  • Creating wall and table visual displays that demonstrate innovation and creativity in line with visual concepts.
  • Gaining product knowledge on key investments, best sellers, and seasonal key looks.
  • Managing POP and mannequin displays, including base identification, storage, returns, requests, and care before and after campaigns.
  • Implementing all visual processes and procedures to ensure best practices across all stores within the area of responsibility.
  • Supporting back-of-house management to assist in servicing the sales floor, including POP management, wardrobe imagery, and benefit sign management.
  • Making visual merchandising decisions based on business performance, best sellers, and departmental performance.
  • Contributing to photo reports and working with AVMs to create presentation reports, maintaining visual records of all VM updates and campaigns.

Supporting Marketing Initiatives

  • Reviewing the delivery of visual activities against schedules.
  • Managing and implementing seasonal marketing updates, including wardrobe images and benefit signs.
  • Providing feedback to line managers and local suppliers on the quality and content of visual materials; managing marketing carts, VM costs, and props.
  • Executing campaigns and events, collaborating with agencies to ensure best practices and proper implementation based on experience and knowledge.

Self-Management

  • Setting performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensuring their achievement throughout the year.
  • Taking ownership of personal learning by identifying development needs in consultation with the manager.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Visual Merchandising or a relevant field.
