Main Responsibilities- Manage the daily operations of the President's office, ensuring timely and efficient task execution.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for senior leaders, guaranteeing prompt and smooth travel.
- Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and meetings to support the President's schedule and priorities.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions within the organization, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development.
Key Responsibilities:
The Office Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the organizational effectiveness and efficiency of the Department. This position provides proactive support to the management team, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the organization.
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide exceptional administrative support to the President and other senior leaders
- Manage the front office team to ensure exceptional guest service
- Supervise, train, and mentor the front office team members
- Coordinate events, conferences, and meetings to support the President's schedule and priorities
