Job Title: Marketing and Public Relations (PR)

Industry: Paint Manufacturing

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing and Public Relations (PR) Officer who can effectively represent the brand across public, media, and customer-facing channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills who can handle both marketing initiatives and public relations functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Marketing and PR strategies to enhance the company's image and visibility.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, newsletters, speeches, and promotional materials.
  • Organize press conferences, company events, and public appearances.
  • Maintain strong media relations and respond to press inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor media coverage and industry trends to inform strategy and communications.
  • Manage content for the company's social media platforms and website updates.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Occasionally travel for events, meetings, or company representation when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in PR, media, or corporate communications role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Open to occasional travel for work-related engagements.
  • Candidates based in Bahrain will be given first preference; applicants from the Middle East/GCC are also encouraged to apply.

Industry experience in Paints is highly preferred; candidates from the building materials industry will also be considered.
