Trainer, HSE Job

Trainer, HSE Trainings

An exciting opportunity is available for an HSE Trainer, based in KSA who will report directly to the Head of Training Technical Services.

Summary:

We are seeking a motivated HSE Trainer who will deliver the assigned training courses with the ability to consult on the specific use of the products within the target client environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Maintaining the integrity of the company name & brand.
  2. Willingly exploring new training subjects and topics and studying market requirements to enhance and expand the product list.
  3. Ensuring that lessons learned from experiences and client feedback are implemented and maintained to enhance customer satisfaction through the services.
  4. Updating oneself to the latest requirements of the specific field of work.
  5. Ensuring maintenance & improvement of competency and qualification as a trainer as per the required standards and other applicable codes, regulations, and organizational requirements.
  6. Supporting, grooming, and monitoring junior trainers as needed by the management.
  7. Maintaining a healthy and steady relationship with clients to satisfy their requirements in acceptable time frames.
  8. Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  9. Ensuring client and vendor integrity management.
  10. Managing customer relationships.

Minimum Qualification and Experience:

  1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HSE, Business Administration, Engineering, Science, or other fields.
  2. 6 years' experience if Diploma holder or 2 years' experience if Bachelor holder in a similar field of Training Services Provider.
  3. Relevant qualification and certification as a trainer (NEBOSH, OSHA, IRCA, etc.).
  4. Pre-qualification with relevant authorities.
  5. Valid local Driver's License.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  1. Technical credibility.
  2. Customer focus.
  3. Fluency in English language with excellent communication (written & oral) skills.
  4. Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
