We are looking for an Account Manager for IT Division in Bahrain. The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. This position is sales oriented, so the desired candidate should have a strong passion for sales, be self-motivated, and possess excellent social skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and develop existing customer relationships.
  2. Maintain strong business relationships and understand customer requirements.
  3. Acquire new customers and qualify/mapping them effectively.
  4. Generate business from new customers.
  5. Develop and execute business plans for strategic customers.
  6. Prepare proposals and financial costings for customers.
  7. Manage and execute sales targets for the financial year.
  8. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure service offerings meet customer expectations.
  9. Work with the Sales Manager and attend regular sales meetings to discuss plans and objectives.
  10. Have in-depth market knowledge of products and competition.

Required Experience & Qualification:

  1. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in ICT/Infrastructure sales or Software sales
  2. Must have Bahrain Driving License
  3. Bachelors Degree in IT or equivalent
