Responsibilities

  • Manage and archive all property-related documents (contracts, ownership, bills, reports).

  • Oversee tenant relations, including lease agreements, renewals, and rent collection.

  • Monitor financial performance, prepare monthly reports, and coordinate with accounts.

  • Supervise maintenance, cleaning, and service providers to ensure high property standards.

  • Handle legal aspects including contracts, approvals, and compliance requirements.

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to reduce vacancies and attract tenants/investors.

  • Conduct regular site visits and prepare inspection reports.

  • Ensure top-level customer service, resolving tenant issues promptly and professionally.

  • Organize meetings with property owners and provide periodic performance updates.

  • Support strategic decision-making to improve property operations and profitability.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of property management, leasing, and real estate regulations.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Financial acumen with ability to prepare and analyse reports.

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software (preferred).

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

  • Leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Customer service mindset with focus on client satisfaction.
