Job Description
  1. Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks, according to recipes and established standards.
  2. Engage with guests to provide recommendations, answer questions about drink offerings, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring that all tools, glassware, and ingredients are readily available.
  4. Monitor and manage inventory levels of bar supplies, ordering as necessary to ensure seamless service.
  5. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service and cleanliness standards.
  6. Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure timely beverage service alongside food orders.
  7. Create and innovate new cocktail recipes that align with the Greek theme of the restaurant.
  8. Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
Qualifications
  1. Previous experience as a bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred.
  2. Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail preparation, and beverage pairings.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  5. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
  6. A passion for hospitality and a desire to provide exceptional guest experiences.
