The types of projects will range from retouching imagery and resizing artwork, to developing new print solutions, campaign creative, social media artwork, corporate gifts, event invitations, presentations, photo editing, and advertisements.

Accountable for maintaining the integrity of the brand, the position is responsible for all visual creative. Responsibilities also include supervising brand consistency standards within the property and relevant outlets, following design briefs and guidelines.

Proper documentation of marketing materials including advertisements, collateral, signage, flash pieces, electronic brochures, and presentations that reflect the brand's image and style.

Partners with Marketing Managers and related operational departments as part of a project team providing design and conceptualization solutions.

Maintains familiarity with customer demographics and develops an appropriate look and feel for all promotion and event collateral.

Monitors project progress, maintains project files and archives, and provides ongoing communication regarding project status.

Effectively communicates the amenities and benefits of the hotel to target markets, including refurbishments, F&B provisions, and conference and event services.

Assists in maintaining relationships with media outlets to maximize coverage of events and promotions; responds to media inquiries.

Creates innovative communication designs for print, digital, and events; provides graphic design ideas and executes requests.

Designs, builds, and maintains microsites, landing pages, blogs, and digital clips.

Builds photo databases and conducts photography campaigns, including internal functions, banquets, conferences, and VIPs.

Works closely with hotel departments to seek proactive promotional opportunities addressing business challenges.

Handles content creation and social media account management.

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator.
