We're looking for a creative, organized, and driven Events and Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team and lead the planning and execution of events across our managed properties.

Key Responsibilities:


•Plan and execute tenant engagement activities and corporate events.


•Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and property teams.


•Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics from concept to delivery.


•Ensure a high-quality customer experience at every touchpoint.


•Promote events on social media and internal platforms.


•Track KPIs and prepare post-event reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


•Proven experience in event planning (preferably in real estate, hospitality, or corporate events).


•Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.


•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Creative thinking and an eye for detail.


• Budgeting and negotiation skills.


• Knowledge of event tools/platforms


• Comfortable working evenings/weekends for event coverage when required.
