Issuance of construction deficiencies and ensuring on-time corrective action. Developing preventive and corrective action plans. Maintain documentation related to quality control procedures and work activities. This may include maintaining records of test results, inspection reports, and other quality-related documentation. Ensure compliance with the relevant regulations and standards such as ISO or industry-specific standards. Stay up-to-date on relevant building codes and regulations. Communicate with stakeholders, including suppliers, and internal teams, to ensure everyone understands the quality control procedures and requirements. Assist in the preparation of Method Statement (MS) and works procedures as required and ensures the work is carried out according to the approved MS prior to and during the commencement of the works. Update the MS as required. Preparing Daily Quality Control Reports of onsite activities and planned inspections. Monitor the site activities to ensure it is according to the Project Quality Plan procedures. Coordination of Site Inspections. Review and preparation of quality-related submittals. Coordinating field sampling activities (as required). Assist in preparation of materials approvals submittals (MAC s) and materials inspection requests. Check the delivery of materials and ensure it is as per the approved MAC. Assist in implementation of quality assurance system. Undertake quality audits at site to check and verify with quality assurance. Involve in audit review lessons learned workshop in which will be systematically and periodically undertaken to improve the Quality System and minimize and need for preventive actions. Involvement in the internal audits (which will be undertaken by QA/QC Team) to ensure the works are carried-out in accordance with the project requirements (in terms of quality) and to determine the effectiveness of the quality system. Qualifications and Skills: Strong understanding of construction materials and methods. Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Proficiency in quality control inspection techniques. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management. Minimum five years of experience in construction projects particularly buildings and its associated infrastructure works. Minimum five years of experience in QA/QC field.
