We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Housekeeping Coordinator to join our team in Bahrain. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout our property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate daily room attendant and house attendant assignments
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure rooms are guest-ready by established check-in times
  • Collaborate with room inspectors to update the hotel management system with accurate room statuses
  • Communicate effectively with front desk staff on room availability and special requests
  • Oversee guest laundry delivery and coordinate with relevant departments
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily reports
  • Maintain open communication with housekeeping leadership and other departments
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low supplies to management
  • Respond professionally to guest inquiries and concerns
  • Promote a positive work environment within the housekeeping team
Requirements
  • Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or resort setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership experience or potential to guide and motivate a team
  • Knowledge of housekeeping best practices and industry standards
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills beneficial
