Responsibilities Include:
  1. Coordinating daily tasks among housekeeping staff to achieve set goals and objectives.
  2. Efficiently organizing and prioritizing room assignments to meet established deadlines.
  3. Accurate communication with room inspectors regarding room statuses and any issues that may arise.
  4. Effective liaison between housekeeping and front desk teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  5. Managing guest laundry services and coordinating with relevant departments.
  6. Solving problems efficiently and providing top-notch customer service to guests.

Key Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar capacity in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with colleagues and guests.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to maintain high standards of quality.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office applications is essential.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and be flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Leadership potential or experience guiding a team is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of housekeeping best practices and industry standards is a must.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality management degree is a plus.
  • English fluency; additional languages are a plus.
