Monitor Food Standards: Maintain high-quality food standards, adhering to brand guidelines. Head Chef Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Head Chef or Brand Chef, with expertise in Mediterranean cuisine. Menu Development: Proven experience in creating and implementing menus. SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIPS: Experience managing relationships with local and international suppliers. Leadership Skills: Ability to set an example, motivate team members, and provide clear communication.
